Please do not share Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords or medical details through the form or the chat. We never ask for them online.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With the licensed insurance professionals of Annuity Advisors Group who work with you.
- With service providers that help us run the site, our scheduling calendar, our communications and the chat assistant. They may use your information only to provide those services.
- With an insurance company, only if you choose to apply for a product.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Chat assistant
Our chat assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. Your questions are sent to a third-party AI provider to create the answers. The chat gives general education only. It is not personal advice, and it can make mistakes.
Text messages and calls
If you agree in our form, we may call or text the number you gave us, including by automated means. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. The site may store small settings in your browser so it works properly. Our scheduling provider may use its own cookies when you book a call.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above and for the record-keeping rules that apply to insurance professionals. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can see your information, and store it on access-restricted systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
